C4 - Off Track.
I picked this one up on Radio 1xtra, which for the record is an incredible asset to the BBC’s programming. I personally haven’t heard anything from C4 before but it’s produced by the force that is Preditah. It’s out on March 19th and you can pre-order it here.
Mosquito - Redlight.
Another absolute banger from Redlight here. This one’s been getting a lot of airtime on Rinse from a variety of DJs and for good reason. Ignore it at your own risk.
Toddla T Feat. Shola Ama - Take it Back (DJ Q remix).
I’m not a huge fan of posting about the same artist two times in a row, I fear it shows laziness and lack of variation. For all you sticklers out there I apologise, but for the rest of you just enjoy this lovely bassline remix from DJ Q. Along with Benji B, he proves that there is a lot to love about BBC radio. Whilst I generally resent the fact that I put food on the table for the likes of Chris Moyles, not least because he looks like he’s had enough already, I am happy to keep the coffers of messrs Q and B fully stocked.

Crikey it’s been a long time since I last posted. To be honest it’s because not an awful lot has really grabbed my attention of late. There’s a lot of things on the horizon but not a lot actually happening at the moment.
In the meantime, here’s one that I’ve been all over for a while. Can’t wait until this drops on red vinyl on Local Action.
Massive Music - Find My Way (Kode9 remix).
Oneman’s been really pushing this on his show recently and for good reasons. It’s one from the vaults and it’s fantastic he’s not just giving music a three week cycle, as is often the case. God I love Hyperdub.
Drake - Make Me Proud ft. Nicki Minaj.
So I don’t need to tell you that Drake’s second album certainly lives up to the hype, only that this is without a doubt the best song on it. The soapstar superstar teams up with Ms. Minaj for yet another time with astounding results.
